Normaly used for checking bores (plugs) or shafts (rings, snap gages). Are manufactured according to different dimensional specifications complying with international standards (DIN, ANSI, etc.) or with customer standards.

GO NO-GO plain plugs  TLD type  Double end gages for checking bores. Both members are manufactured in carburized and tempered gage steel with hardness HRC 62÷64.

GO NO-GO flat plugs  TPI type Double-end gages for checking bore sectors. Manufactured in cast steel with the gage ends tempered with hardness HRC 62÷64. The gage shape allows to check the bore diameter in different radial sections.

GO or NO-GO single-end flat plugs  TPCI type Single Go or NO-GO gages, used for checking bore sectors. Manufactured in cast steel with the gage ends tempered with hardness HRC 62÷64. The gage shape allows to check the bore diameter in different radial sections.

GO NO-GO flat plugs  BRF type       Double end gages for checking bore sectors. Both members are manufactured in carburized and tempered gage steel with hardness HRC 62÷64. The gage shape allows to check the bore diameter in different radial sections.

GO or NO-GO single-end flat plugs  BRS type         Single Go or NO-GO gages, used for checking bore sectors. Used for big diameters (from 50 to 500 mm). The gage member is manufactured in carburized and tempered gage steel  with hardness HRC 62÷64. The gage shape allows to check the bore diameter in different radial sections.

GO NO-GO flat gages  BRE type              Double-end gages for checking bore sectors. Manufactured in cast steel with the gage ends tempered with hardness HRC 62÷64 (HRC 59÷61 for diameters above 100 mm). The gage shape allows to check the bore diameter in different radial sections.

GO NO-GO gages with flat parallel planes  RISD type                   Used to check key-slots features. Manufactured in carburized and tempered gage steel with hardness HRC 62÷64.

Reversible plugs  TLR type         Double end gages for checking bores. Available for diameters from 0,2 to 19,45 mm. The gage concept allows a quick member replacement when worn. The gage is made by: GO and NO-GO pins manufactured in gage steel with hardness 61 ÷ 64 HRC. Handle with locking ring nuts for pins.

Pin gages  SCY type             Pin gages having the following carachteristics: Diameter tolerance: ± 0,001 mm. Roughness: less than 0,025 micron Ra. Roundness: less than 0,0005 mm. Taperness: less than 0,001 mm. Hardness: 61÷64 Rockwell C. Available from stock for diameters from Ø 0,5 al Ø 10 mm, with 0.002 mm steps.

GO NO-GO snap gages FSD type           Used for gauging shaft outside diameters or part thickness. Manufactured in forged steel tempered at the gauging ends with hardness HRC 62÷64.

GO NO-GO progressive snap gages FSP type               Used for gauging shaft outside diameters or part thickness where is useful to have GO and NO-GO members on the same side. Manufactured in forged steel tempered at the gauging ends with hardness HRC 62÷64.

GO NO-GO adjustable snap gages FRI type                     Manufactured in forged steel. The gauging adjustable surfaces are in tempered gage steel  with hardness HRC 62÷64.

GO NO-GO adjustable single-block snap gages FRP type                   Manufactured in forged steel. The gauging adjustable surfaces are in tempered gage steel  with hardness HRC 62÷64. On request the gauging pins can be supplied in carbide. The snap is usually supplied already set at required dimension.

GO NO-GO steel progressive snap gages FPL type          Manufactured in tempered gage-steel plate with hardness HRC 62÷64.

GO NO-GO steel snap gages FDL type             Used for gauging shaft outside diameters or part thickness. Manufactured in tempered gage-steel plate with hardness HRC 62÷64.

GO plain rings ALS-P type              Used for comprehensive GO check of outside diameters. Manufactured in tempered carburized gage-steel with hardness HRC 62÷64 . For master rings see “Master Section”.

NO-GO plain rings ALS-NP type           Used for comprehensive NO-GO check of outside diameters. Manufactured in tempered carburized gage-steel with hardness HRC 62÷64.
